The patterns are for personal use only. You’re not allowed to resell, share, rewrite or redistribute this pattern in any way.

You're allowed to sell finished items made from my patterns as long as they are made by yourself. I do not allow people to hire others to make dolls or to mass produce them. I also ask that you give me credit as the designer by stating that the pattern was made by Pepika and to link back to my shop if you're selling online.

Placing an Order
To place an order, browse through the site and select the item that you would like to purchase by clicking "Buy Now". You will be automatically transferred to "Review Order" page where you have a choice to continue shopping or to proceed to checkout.

Once you enter the checkout process (by clicking on "Check out" button) you will be transferred to 2Checkout's secure payment form. Fill in all the information requested and, when you accept the purchase, your information will be transmitted to our approved retailer, 2Checkout.com, for processing. Pepika will not have access to your credit card number or any other credit information. When I receive notice from 2Checkout.com that your your payment has been confirmed, your order will be delivered.

2Checkout.com, Inc. is an authorized retailer of Pepika. When you place an order, you will be automatically redirected to 2Checkout's secure servers for processing. 2Checkout uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software. This encrypts the information you input, so that your credit card information is always secure.



2Checkout.com, Inc. is the exclusive authorized retailer of goods and services provided by Pepika.

When placing an order by credit card, payments can be made in any of the following currencies:

It is preferable to select the currency your credit card was issued in. The exchange rate is determined on the day of the purchase and is guaranteed until settlement, so you will know the exact amount that will be charged to your credit card at the time of purchase.

Orders will ship within 1-2 business days via Registered Airmail. Shipping fees are based on the weight of the item ordered and the delivery destination, and will be calculated during check-out. You will be notified via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

I do combine shipping on items purchased the same day.

Delivery times vary and depend on where you live:

US orders: please allow 7-20 working days from dispatch date
EU orders: please allow 7-15 working days from dispatch date

Please note that these times are only estimates.

If you are unhappy with your order, please let me know and I'll do my best to make things right. I do accept returns or exchanges for purchased items within 30 days of the shipping date. Please email me within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed. Product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and full responsiblity of customer. Your refund will be issued when return items are received.

Exceptions: Due to the nature of the patterns, I cannot accept returns on patterns. However, I will offer unlimited e-mail assistance to resolve any problem you may have with the pattern.

Pepika respects the privacy of the visitors and guarantees full security of the information you provide us. Your personal information is collected for the purpose of responding to your inquiries. Pepika will not sell, share or rent your contact information to THIRD-PARTIES.

Pepika occasionally sends customers news of exciting new products and money- saving special offers.  Mailing lists will only be used by Pepika for its own marketing and promotional efforts, and will not be sold or shared with any third parties. If you do receive an e-mail from Pepika that you would rather not receive, simply follow the "unsubscribe" instructions included in the e-mail.

No credit card risk!

Credit card payment method is highly secure as I do not keep any information related to the payment in my hands. The whole credit card transaction is processed by 2CO, a well known and secure credit card processing agent.

2Checkout.com, Inc. (2CO) is the online distribution center for tangible or digital products and services. 2CO uses SSL encryption for the processing of your credit card transaction, SSL is discussed later in this document.
